2.5 Beyond Year 12 will conduct your coaching via phone or video call. These calls may not be recorded by either party; to ensure your confidentiality. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and the results of these decisions. Beyond Year 12 accepts no liability for any client action or loss (financial or otherwise).

2.6 The products and services are for your sole use. To keep the fees as low as possible, you agree that you will not reproduce or share our products and services. The content on this website and within our products and services is subject to copyright under Australian Law.

2.7 Assumptions are made that the person purchasing the products and services has the ability to read and understand the English language.

2.8 Products and services are delivered via the Internet, therefore, access to the Internet is required. In line with our commitment to sustainability, we do not provide printed copies of our activities, programs or courses. Please consider the environment before printing activity sheets.

2.9 Our products and services are designed for you and/or your teen to think about your teens’ options and for your teen to make their own decisions about what is right for them. The activities, products and online courses are NOT intended to provide you or your teen with advice on you or your teen's future path and offer no guarantee about you or your teens current or future success. Outcomes and the definition of success vary for each individual.

3. Payment and Billing Information

3.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information when making a purchase on this Website. All payments must be made in full before receiving a product or service.

3.2. You authorise us to charge the payment method provided for all purchases made on this Website.

3.3 Due to the digital nature of the product, there are no refunds. The recommended time frame for program completion is no less than five weeks. Payments are non-refundable once purchased. All payments for online programs and services are to be made online via the payment services available. No cheques or cash will be accepted and no invoicing will be available. Once paid, no refunds are available for any program, activity or service and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.1. The content on this Website, including but not limited to our products, digital downloads, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Beyond Year 12 and/or its content creators and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of Beyond Year 12, with copyright authorship for this compilation by Beyond Year 12.
